A student learns something real, and then does it for somebody who needed it.
A family registers once. Their student enrolls in a Practice — a month at a time — and inside it signs up for the training on each thing that Practice covers, rehearses it, and is certified. None of that costs anything more.
Every student works under their own parent’s supervision, in their parent’s own family business. Anvoy never employs a young person and never takes custody of anybody’s child. There is no facility, no transport and no staff alone with students — which is also why an Academy is so much lighter to start than anything comparable.
The four steps, for a family
One family, one payment, once. It goes to the local Academy, and for the family it becomes Academy Dollars — a budget for learning that never leaves the program.
A month at a time, paid in Academy Dollars. A student can be in more than one, and the trade-off is honest: two Practices cost twice as much a month, so the grant lasts half as long.
Each thing inside the Practice has a map: what it is for, then five or six steps done on the student’s own real account. Then they do it for somebody else with the map printed out, and ask to be certified.
What a student is certified in, their family’s own store can sell for real money — and the family business keeps most if not all of the sale.
Who runs it, and why that keeps it safe
One trusted adult. A parent, a grandparent, a youth pastor, a teacher — somebody already safely connected to students. Then a small team, and the Academy opens to families once three adults have accepted.
The Academy is independent — recommended by local churches, schools and nonprofits rather than owned by any of them. More than one can recommend it, and any of them can stop. That keeps the Academy free to serve the whole town, and keeps everybody who recommends it free of liability for it.
Work done inside somebody else’s organization is for students of 15 and over. Work done on a student’s own account, or in their own family, has no floor — there is nobody to get permission from.
