Award

“Submit yourselves to … governors … for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: 1 Peter 2:13-15 KJV

Rewarding People for Good Behavior

All citizens of AnVóy America will have the opportunity to receive and accumulate Awards over time.  These Awards are granted using the same standard process for all participants and therefore can be used to recognize people for their long term accomplishments.  They can also be used to grant them extra benefits or privileges.

How Awards are Awarded

Awards are granted or added to the total for each individual when they reach key milestones or dates in their lives.  When a date is reached, the system automatically adds a number of Awards indicated by the Award Badge for the individual.

The following are the Key Dates when Awards are given:

  • Every Birthday after age 13
  • Wedding/Anniversary Date
  • The birthday of any child (<= age 13)

The Award Badge

This is the shorter term performance indicator for all AA Citizens.  It is a range from 0 (lowest) to 12 (highest).

It is a combination, average or summation of the performance indicators from the following products:

  • Affirm – declarations and confirmations
  • Advocate – promotion of product or principles
  • Align – helping others learn the truth
  • Alliance pledge and ac spent
  • Assets – # of connections and amount of IOU
  • Length of time as a Settler / Citizen

Each participate will have a rank (from 0 to 100) for each of the above products.  This rank is based on their performance relative with other participants for that product.  To calculate the Badge value, we simply take the average rank times 12/100.

For example, let’s assume that “Frank” has the following performance ranks:

  • Affirm – 77
  • Advocate – 10
  • Align – 0
  • Alliance – 44
  • Assets – 88
  • Longevity – 99

His average rank is 53, so his Award Badge would be 53 * (12/100) = 6.36.  We would round this to 6.
